Led the church to reform our governing documents and polity to biblical eldership.
Led the church to partner with Kenyan pastors financially, which led to 1,064 baptized Kenyan believers within 9 months of the partnership - more people baptized than within FBC's first 43 years of existence. The partnership also led to planting 28 churches, and the building of over 20 widow shelters.
Led the church in a 1.3 million dollar building renovation.
Trained hundreds of pastors in Kenya, Uganda, Cuba, and a Southeast Asian country, and led a church team to conduct missions in Belize.
Traveled to Germany, Luxembourg, and Israel while in doctoral studies.
